Martin Prado has a .370 batting average to open September, smashing four doubles and driving in 10 runs for the Marlins. Prado has hits in seven of his last 10 games.
Fantasy Impact:
Prado's batting average is up to .284 for the season and he has a .299 batting average since the All-Star break. He has also seen his run production boost in the second half, driving in 29 runs in the second half after driving in only 24 runs in the first half. Not the a huge power threat, only 30 extra-base hits for the season, but his boosting run creation and always solid batting average makes him a good target for the middle infield.
