Pablo Sandoval has pneumonia

Pablo Sandoval has been diagnosed with pneumonia, and his status for the rest of the season is uncertain, Michael Silverman of the Boston Herald reports. Sandoval will be reevaluated Saturday, so consider him sidelined at least until that day. (Michael Silverman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It looks as though Pablo Sandoval's season could be finished. The Red Sox have no real incentive to rush back Sandoval at this point of the season. For those fantasy owners who have stuck with him this far probably should be dropping him now.
