Leonys Martin went 3-for-5 with two RBI, two runs scored, a home run, and a double. He was also caught stealing once.
Fantasy Impact:
After batting ninth the first two games, Leonys Martin was bumped to leadoff, as Nori Aoki got the day off. Martin made quick work of the role displaying some good power and a good eye at the plate. He should start stealing bases as he gets on more and that is the area of his game that will make him worth a roster spot in category-based fantasy leagues.
