Sergio Romo sent back to San Francisco with elbow pain

Fantasy Impact:
This isn't great news for Romo and Pavlovic notes that the elbow pain is something the Giants knew about going into the season. Sending him back to San Francisco is a scary proposition. Bochy noted that usually they just give Romo a day or two, but he woke up sore and immediately went back to San Francisco. The elbow pain may be nothing, but through 3 1/3 IP, he's only given up one hit and yielded one walk, it would be a major loss for the Giants' bullpen if it was serious.
