Third consecutive multi-hit game for Lorenzo Cain

Lorenzo Cain finished 2-for-4 with a double and run scored on Sunday, his third straight multi-hit game and the fourth in his last five games. Cain has hits in nine of his last 10 games and has seen his batting average jump from .203 to .259. He also stole a base on May 1, moving his stolen base total on the season to three.
Fantasy Impact:
Cain was seen as a great combination of speed and power coming into the 2016 season, but only has three extra-base hits in 112 at-bats in 2016 and his double on Sunday was the first of the season. His .635 OPS is disappointing for fantasy owners, but his hot streak over the last two weeks needs to be assessed as well. He has scored 14 runs this season, but his 32 strikeouts this season show that he is not comfortable at the plate.
