Jay Bruce continues to see his stock rise

Jay Bruce finished 2-for-4 with two home runs and four RBI on Monday, giving him a home run and at least three RBI in three straight games. Bruce has a .243 batting average, nine extra-base hits, 12 runs scored, and 18 RBI in July. He has an .889 OPS this season.
Fantasy Impact:
Of Bruce's 18 RBI in July, 14 have come since the start of the second half and Bruce now leads the National League with 77 RBI while moving into fifth in home runs with 23. Bruce has a seven-game hitting streak, multiple hits in three consecutive games, 51 extra-base hits this season, and should be on the trading block to a contender.
