Craig Kimbrel expected to be activated on Monday

Craig Kimbrel (knee) is expected to join the Red Sox in Seattle and be activated from the disabled list on Monday, Tim Britton of the Providence Journal reports. Kimbrel recorded just one out while facing three batters in a rehab outing with Triple-A Pawtucket on Saturday, but the Red Sox simply needed to see him make it through the game without a setback before deciding to add him back to the major league roster.
Fantasy Impact:
It is almost a certainty that Kimbrel will be activated on Monday. And he will slide right back into the closer's role for Boston. For those fantasy owners in weekly leagues, it should be safe to get Kimbrel in your lineup for the week.
