Davis Mills is not fantasy-relevant with Deshaun Watson starting in Houston

Davis Mills won't begin the season as the starting QB in Houston - that honor belongs to Tyrod Taylor. Without a starting job, he's not really relevant in fantasy. Mills is expected to earn 10% of his projected 45 fantasy points by rushing. While that's a nice bonus, it's not enough to significantly help his floor. With a projected toughdown-to-interception ratio of 1.5, Mills comes with some significant interceptino risk.
