"Look for the Bears to either trade or release Jay Cutler" this offseason. He has been an utter disappointment for the better part of his eight-year tenure in Chicago due to his injuries and erratic play on the field. The Bears will likely pursue a signal caller in free agency or go younger in the draft. If they intend to draft a quarterback, they could use Brian Hyer as a bridge while the raw passer develops.
