NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting the Philadelphia Eagles have signed kicker Jake Elliott off the Cincinnati Bengals practice squad Tuesday. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

In a corresponding move to Elliott's acquisition, the Eagles placed Caleb Sturgis on the injured reserve list with a possible designated to return tag. Since the Eagles are accustomed to employing under the radar fantasy kickers, Elliott should thrive as a top streaming option in all formats.
