Brian Hoyer throws for over 300 yards in Week 3 loss

Brian Hoyer completed 23 of 37 passes for 332 yards with two touchdowns and an interception on Thursday against the Rams. He added a nine-yard touchdown run.
Fantasy Impact:
Hoyer's play this week was a huge improvement from the previous two weeks, but there is still some room for improvement, as his first pass was intercepted and the Rams scored on the very next play. He still made some questionable decisions, especially under pressure and probably should have had another pass intercepted. With that being said, last night's game displayed what he is capable of in this offense, and if it weren't for a couple drops, he would have had a much better game. Hoyer displayed a connection between his two top receivers and got the deep passing game going. If this is a sign of things to come Hoyer will be a mid-range QB2 going forward.
