Alfred Blue not expected to play Week 3

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting Houston Texans running back Alfred Blue (ankle) is not expected to play Week 3. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Blue, who has yet to be active in 2017, is on track to miss his third consecutive game with an ankle injury. In his absence, D'Onta Foreman will continue to spell Lamar Miller. With Miller healthy, however, Foreman has no legit fantasy value for Week 3 or moving forward without an unexpected burst of production.
