Kendall Wright comes up big against the Browns

by Rickey Brooksher | Mon, Oct 6th 3:31pm EDT

WR Kendall Wright had the first two-touchdown game of his three-year NFL career in a 29-28 home loss to the Browns. He led the Titans with 8 targets and 6 receptions in LP Field on Sunday. He also totaled 90 yards for the game, 47 yards receiving and 43 yards rushing on two carries.

Fantasy Impact:

The biggest knocks on Kendall Wright are his lack of big plays and his inability to score touchdowns. On Sunday he proved he is capable of both after gaining 38 yards on a jet sweep carry and reaching the end zone twice. He still can't be trusted as an every week starter, but he could be a matchup type player if you don't have strong WRs. He could be a good play this week as he faces a struggling Jacksonville Jaguars team.
