DeVante Parker silent in preseason opener

DeVante Parker played 11 snaps in the Dolphins' preseason opener against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He did not record any receptions.
Fantasy Impact:
It would be nice to see some more encouraging signs from Parker, but with the departure of Jarvis Landry, a lot of targets are up for grabs in Miami. Parker has a ton of upside both based on potential volume and his combination of size and athleticism. Parker is a nice upside pick at his current cheap price.
