Stefon Diggs full participant in Wednesday's practice

Stefon Diggs was able to fully participate in Wednesday's practice. He's returning from a rib injury.
Fantasy Impact:
Diggs was held out Week 9 and was able to rest his injury through the bye week. The team wasn't the same without him, and it's good for everyone (especially Kirk Cousins and Adam Thielen) that Diggs is on track to return. While Diggs hasn't been great playing through injury through his career, he'll remain a WR2 despite the difficult matchup against Chicago.
