by Mike Maher | Eagles Correspondent | Mon, Dec 10th 3:09pm EST

The Philadelphia Eagles D/ST allowed 29 points in a loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, including a touchdown on the first possession of overtime to end the game. They intercepted Dak Prescott twice, and sacked him three times, and recovered a fumble, but also allowed him to pass for 455 yards and three touchdowns.

Fantasy Impact:

The Eagles D/ST appeared to force and recover a fumble on the opening kickoff of the game, but official on the field missed the fumble and replay officials determined that there was a not a clear recovery despite four members of the Eagles diving on the ball. The unit kept the Eagles in the game early while the Philadelphia offense struggled, but they ultimately could not stop Dallas when it mattered the most. They were worn down by Prescott, Amari Cooper, and Ezekiel Elliott while staying on the field for a whopping 99 plays in the loss.
