ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting free-agent RB Jay Ajayi (knee) was medically cleared by Dr. Andrews on Wednesday. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Ajayi remains a free agent but is an injury away from landing a job back in the NFL. But when it happens, Ajayi will be ready to go immediately. The last we heard Ajayi's name, he was on a visit with the Colts at the start of free agency.
