Olivier Vernon (knee) ruled out for Week 10

Cleveland Browns star defensive end Olivier Vernon has been ruled out for Week 10 against the Buffalo Bills. (NFL.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Vernon has three sacks on the season, and provided the Browns an intimidating force across from Myles Garrett. Vernon's absence is an upgrade for both Josh Allen, and Devin Singletary and the Bills run game. Expect the Bills to target the right side in the run game when Garrett is lined up on the left. Allen could also get loose for a couple of big gains with most of the pressure expected to come from one side of the field.
