Fantasy Impact:
While Smith-Schuster returned to practice on Thursday, he has not played since Week 11 against the Browns. Much has changed for the Pittsburgh offense since then, including a change at quarterback. And with Smith-Schuster likely still at least somewhat banged up and the Steelers on their third quarterback of the season, he makes for a risky Week 16 play.
