RB Miles Sanders (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday’s Week 1 matchup against the Washington Football Team, per Adam Schefter of ESPN. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Sanders did not make the trip to Washington and was ruled out for Sunday’s Week 1 matchup against Washington. He is “progressing well“ from his hamstring injury, but the Eagles want to make sure “Sanders is good for long haul,” Schefter added. The 23-year-old RB was limited all week during practice due to a hamstring injury. The Eagles hope to have Sanders back for Week 2. Look for Boston Scott and Corey Clement to handle the Eagles’ backfield Week 1. Scott becomes a value play in DFS and is worth starting in most league formats.
