Darnell Mooney caught two of five targets for 15 yards in the Bears’ 20-19 win over the Buccaneers on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact:
Apparently the lunar calendar didn’t match up with the NFL schedule in Week 5, as the fantasy community was not treated to a full Mooney. Through four weeks, it looked as if Mooney would legitimately supplant Anthony Miller as Chicago’s No. 2 in the passing game, though that thought was misguided. Jimmy Graham and David Montgomery seem to be next in line behind Allen Robinson, and counting on consistent numbers from any of Chicago’s other pass-catching options will be a weekly crapshoot.
