Kenny Golladay hamstring injury not believed to be serious per Giants

by Avram Avramov | Wed, Aug 4th 7:49am EDT

Per Dan Duggan of the Athletic, the hamstring injury that WR Kenny Golladay suffered earlier this week is not believed to be serious and early indications are positive. (Dan Duggan )

Fantasy Impact:

Golladay was the prized jewel in terms of weapons added for the Giant's offense during free agency, so this was arguably the best news we could have hoped for especially given how tricky hamstring injuries can be. While the upside for Golladay in New York and with Daniel Jones as opposed to Matthew Stafford won't be the same, he is unquestionably the New York WR with the highest upside and will be the locked in WR 1 for the team. Golladay is currently ranked as the WR 26 and is more so in the WR 2 category for fantasy football but has a very high chance to exceed those expectations especially if Jones takes the next step forward at QB.
