Diontae Johnson (knee) avoids serious injury, status TBD Week 3 vs. Bengals

Steelers WR Diontae Johnson (knee) avoided a serious knee injury at the end of the game vs. the Raiders in Week 2. The injury won’t sideline him long-term, and his status for Week 3 vs. the Bengals is to be determined. (Mike Garafolo on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Johnson appeared to injure his knee on a meaningless play at the end of the Steelers’ loss to the Raiders in Week 2, but early indications are he’s ok and that it’s just a short-term injury. He’ll likely be eased into practice this week, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see him at least be given a questionable tag heading into Week 3.
