Penny and the Seahawks were able to agree to terms on a one-year deal, and the former first-round pick is looking to prove that his performance in the second half of last season was no fluke. He will opt to take a short-term deal to hopefully cash in during next year's free agency. While it remains to be seen what the team decides to do with Chris Carson, it can be presumed that Penny will see the majority of the work in the Seahawks backfield and be a valuable fantasy asset for next season.
