According to Josina Anderson of CBS Sports, RB Kareem Hunt missed team drills with the Cleveland Browns for the second day in a row as he awaits a contract extension. (Josina Anderson on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

It's not new news that Hunt wants a new deal, but it is news that he's sitting out of practice. Hunt enters 2022 on the last year of his deal, and, according to Anderson, has said to members of the organization that he would like to either be paid or traded. According to Spotrac, Hunt's market value sits around $7 million a year, and paired up with RB Nick Chubb, the Browns have had one of the best RB tandems in the league. He has averaged nearly 70 scrimmage yards per game and has scored 19 touchdowns in three seasons in Cleveland. Whether he gets paid or traded, Hunt maintains low-end RB2 to high-end flex value when he plays as well as handcuff value paired with Chubb.
