John Bates caught all three of his targets for 39 yards during the Commanders' Week 5 loss to the Titans.
Fantasy Impact:
Bates filled in nicely for Logan Thomas, who missed Sunday's game after being a game-time decision. Bates does not have too much fantasy relevance when Thomas is healthy as the Commanders run their offense mainly in three WR sets. If Thomas does miss Week 6 Bates still most likely does not profile as a starting fantasy option.
