Fantasy Impact:
Palmer has had a solid rookie campaign operating as the WR3 in Tampa Bay's aggressive passing offense. He is coming off an 84-yard, one-score performance in Week 17, his best of the year to this point. It will most likely be all hands on deck in Week 18, so expect Palmer to play.
