Fantasy Impact:
A continued stay with the Buccaneers feels like the most likely outcome for Evans' offseason, but it's possible he could be exploring his options to see if there is a situation that appeals to him. With a lot of good teams being WR-needy this offseason, Evans should have a strong market, but after spending a decade in Tampa, Fla., both sides might stick together a little longer.
