The Carolina Panthers plan to release TE Hayden Hurst just one season into a three-year deal. (Joe Person, The Athletic)
Fantasy Impact:
Hurst had some moments of production early in 2023 but missed a large portion of the year due to a head injury he sustained. He appeared in nine games and caught just 18 passes for 184 yards and one score. Hurst, a former first-round pick, could make his way onto his fifth team in his NFL career.
