Fantasy Impact:
While theories swirl about whether or not Brian Hoyer has wrested the starting quarterback job from Cutler, the embattled veteran remains a nonparticipant at Bears' practices. Although he's been with the team a long while, the fact that Cutler is taking no reps whatsoever won't do him any good when his health presents the opportunity to return to the field win back his starting position. At this point, the most interesting thing about Jay Cutler, for fantasy purposes, is considering what team he could be quarterbacking for in 2017.
