Logan Morrison went 3-for-4 on Thursday night vs the Rays. He hit two singles, a double, and scored a run.
Fantasy Impact:
Morrison was very efficient at the plate tonight, as he continued his break-out season. Cy Young candidate, Chris Sale, pitched in this one, and Morrison performed as if it was a rookie. The power hitter displayed great strength, as he ripped a single to left field in his first at-bat. In his next at-bat he placed a fly ball to center for another single. He finished the night off with a lined ball to right field, and with some grit, hustle, and determination he legged it out for a double. Expect more performances like this for the rest of the season.
