Brent Suter hammered for six runs in Sunday's start

by Brad Richter | Reds Correspondent | Sun, Jul 22nd 8:16pm EDT

Brent Suter (8-7) coughed up six runs on eight hits to the Dodgers on Sunday during an 11-2 loss. Suter served up two homers to Matt Kemp and stuck out three without walking a batter in just three innings.

Fantasy Impact:

Suter has allowed four or more runs in three of his last four starts to raise his ERA up to 4.80 on the year. He has struggled with the long ball in those outings giving up five homers including two on Sunday. Reports after the game indicate that Suter is expected to land on the 10-day DL with a forearm strain. He spent time on the DL earlier this season with the same ailment.
