Mychal Givens was called on when the Orioles were down by two runs in the eighth inning of Thursday's game against the Marlins. He allowed one hit and struck out one batter. The Orioles would go on to lose 8-7.
Fantasy Impact:
Givens continues to be the Orioles' fireman, which hurts his fantasy value. While he will garner more than a strikeout per inning, he simply doesn't belong on fantasy teams that do not have a holds category.
