Marco Gonzales takes very tough loss Tuesday

Marco Gonzales earned a tough loss Tuesday against the Dodgers, allowing one run on two hits over seven innings pitched with six strikeouts and one walk.

Fantasy Impact:

The Dodgers got to Gonzales with both hits and one run in the third inning. After A.J. Pollock led off the inning with a double, he reached third on a flyout by Edwin Rios before Gonzales walked Austin Barns to put runners on the corners with one out. Dylan Moore made an unbeliable diving play off the bat of Chris Taylor in the middle of the infield for the second out of the inning, but one pitch later, Corey Seager hit a single off the end of his bat to score Pollock in what would end up being the games lone run. Gonzales retired the Dodgers in order in the six other innings that he pitched. After two rough starts to open up the season, he has really turned it around in his past couple of starts.
