Giants top prospect catcher Joey Bart has been recalled from Triple-A and is batting seventh on Saturday against the Nationals.
Fantasy Impact:
Bart will be filling in for an injured Buster Posey for now. He’s been hitting well at Triple-A, but with Posey’d resurgence there hasn’t been a clear path to playing time. Fantasy managers in deep leagues should consider adding the young backstop, just to see where this goes.
