Wander Franco and Rays reportedly 'moving close' to long-term deal

Topkin adds that the deal isn't finalized and that there are still details to be worked out after Thanksgiving. He also notes that the deal is expected to be for more than 10 years with close to $200 million in guaranteed. If completed, this would be the largest contract ever given to a player with less than one year of MLB service time. It would also be the largest contract in Rays history.
