Brusdar Graterol dealing with arm injury

Brusdar Graterol has been unavailable for the last two days due to an arm injury. (Fabian Ardaya on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Manager Dave Roberts didn't elaborate on what the injury is outside of it being an issue with Graterol's arm. He also said that they will see if he is available for Thursday, but if not, they'd have to make a decision. This likely would mean an IL stint, but it looks like we won't know for certain until closer to game time.
