The Rays have placed Chris Devenski on the 15-day IL with right knee tendinitis. (Rays PR on Twitter )

Devenski has not pitched since Friday, so the injury was likely bothering him over the weekend. The Rays have recalled Jacob Lopez from Triple-A Durham to provide depth in the bullpen.
