Manny Machado picks up double; likely to be suspended

Manny Machado went 1-for-2 with a double in Tuesday's 9-1 win over the Royals. More importantly, Yordano Ventura beaned him in the back by a 99 mph fastball in the fifth inning. Machado charged the mound and landed a punch on Ventura, sparking benches to clear.
Fantasy Impact:
Machado had every right to be angry as Ventura showed poor form plunking him after pitching terribly himself. Either way, fantasy owners will need to make plans to be without Machado for a few games as he's sure to be suspended.
