C.J. Anderson coming along after surgery

by Anthony Cervino | Thu, Feb 2nd 6:59am EST

Denver Broncos running back C.J. Anderson (knee) "believes he'll be completely cleared" for football activities later in the month of February. “I ran 100 percent full out (Tuesday),’’ Anderson said. “I’m pushing toward playing, no problems. Not really having any knee pain. Pretty much-doing everything except for cutting. I haven’t cut, yet.’’ (Mike Klis on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

After tearing his right meniscus in Week 7 of the regular season, Anderson underwent surgery to repair the injury in late October. Reports suggest he is on the last leg of his recovery -- he's been running at full-speed -- and will likely be fully cleared for football activities in February. He's poised to enter 2017 as Denver's top running back.
