Foster "day-to-day" with hamstring issue

After leading the league with 55 carries in 2 games, Foster (hamstring) told ESPN that he is "day-to-day" and that he is unsure whether or not he will play in Week 4 against the Bills. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
The offense looked stagnant without him, and even though Alfred Blue played well, Foster is the key to the offense's success. He dealt with a similar hamstring issue in the preseason and it could be related to his off-season back-surgery. If so, he could miss more than just this weekend.
