Lamar Miller rushed seven times for 18 yards in Houston’s preseason win over New England.
Fantasy Impact:
Lamar Miller played the entire first quarter with the Texan starters before giving way to the backups. Miller was not involved in the passing game at all and was taken off the field a few times during the Texans two first quarter trips to the red zone. Veteran backup Alfred Blue was the recipient of those red zone opportunities. However, Miller is still the clear top back on the Texans roster for fantasy purposes and should be drafted as a low end RB1.
