Tyler Eifert to miss more time

ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting Cincinnati Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert (back) is expected to miss "multiple weeks" of football activities while he recovers from a lingering back injury. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It appears that Eifert's back injury is acting up again. It flared up toward the tail end of the 2016 campaign and ultimately underwent offseason surgery to repair the issue, which apparently didn't do the trick. Although Schefter is also reporting that Eifert is not expected to require another back surgery at this time, there is a tremendous uncertainty surrounding his return. Tyler Kroft will maintain the Bengals' TE1 duties while Eifert is out.
