Marcus Mariota struggles against Cardinals; suffers knee sprain

Marcus Mariota completed 16 of 31 pass attempts for 159 yards and two interceptions on Sunday against Arizona. He also rushed twice for 11 yards. He revealed after the game that he suffered a sprained knee in the early going.
Fantasy Impact:
Mariota is reportedly well enough to start next weekend against San Francisco, but there's no way you can trust him if you somehow survived with him as your quarterback. He's rushed for just 43 yards in his last four games, and simply isn't a viable fantasy option at this point, especially if he's limited.
