Fantasy Impact:
What's unknown is Penny's level of participation, but it was almost certainly limited. The 22-year-old is currently behind Chris Carson on the Seattle backfield depth chart. Penny will most likely be ready for Week 1, but he carries plenty of risk depending on where you get him in fantasy drafts.
