Marcus Mariota still can't make all his throws

Fantasy Impact:
While the Titans were forced to work around Mariota's limitations in Sunday's win over the Jaguars, the team is hopeful that the "whole-package" can return this week. However, it won't get any easier for Mariota or the Titans as they face an Eagles defense that is not only as stingy as the Jaguars, but they are just as effective at rushing the passer. As a result, Mariota, who only threw for 100 yards last week, will remain a risky fantasy asset for Week 4, even if he is at 100 percent full health. It could shape up for another ugly fantasy outing for Tennessee as a whole.
