Baltimore Ravens show interest in WR Devin Smith

Baltimore Ravens have been scouting for wide receivers and very possibly picking up one in the draft. WR Devin Smith out of Ohio State shows promise with his quick speed, running the 40-yard dash in 4.3 seconds at the Senior Bowl practice. Smith spoke with the Ravens and according to The Baltimore Sun, he considered the meeting "productive." (Baltimore Beatdown)

Steve Smith, Sr. is 36 this year and Torrey Smith becomes a free agent, which leaves the Ravens scouting for new talent. Devin Smith was considered the Buckeyes' top deep threat and was the National champion. He caught 33 passes for 931 yards and 12 touchdowns last season. According to Jason Butt of Baltimorebeatdown.com, he has been projected as a mid-to-late first-round draft pick.
