Eagles running back Miles Sanders left Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills and went into the locker room with an apparent injury, according to multiple reports. (Derrick Gunn on Twitter)

Sanders was having a breakout game for the Eagles prior to exiting, with 44 yards receiving to go with 74 rushing yards and a touchdown. An update on his status should be available shortly.
