Kitchens worked with Engram on releases off the line and hand placement. "Now emphasis is stay in the moment, keep your head down and work," said Kitchens. The 25-year-old avoided the PUP list to start the season. He is progressing well in his recovery from Lisfranc surgery this offseason, and is expected to be all systems go by Week 1. He hauled in 44 receptions for 467 yards and three touchdowns across eight games in 2019. Engram is a borderline TE1 and is currently sixth among all tight ends in the latest expert consensus rankings.
