Brandon Aiyuk impresses despite loss with circus style touchdown run

Brandon Aiyuk brought in 2-of-5 targets for 18 yards while taking his lone rush attempt 38 yards for a touchdown during the 49ers' 20-25 loss to the Eagles on Sunday Night Football.
Fantasy Impact:
The rookie wideout took a sideways pitch and took it all the way to the goal line before leaping over the defender into the endzone. Although his run was the highlight of the night, he was relatively held in check outside of his 38-yard scamper in the first half, operating behind George Kittle (15 targets), Jerick McKinnon (8 targets) and Kendrick Bourne (6 targets) on the night. With Kittle now healthy and Deebo Samuel returning to the lineup, Aiyuk may have a tougher time getting touches in this offense but as evidenced by tonight, all it takes is one play for him to return fantasy value. For that matter, he remains a valuable bench stash going forward.
